中文摘要 | 擁有大量零件的產品在分析其組裝順序時會面臨幾何限制式和迴圈限制式無法求得解答的窘境。其主要的原因為產品零件太多,導致零件間關聯太過複雜,使得程式執行發生困難。因此本文乃提出六項法則,以來解決組裝理論的此一缺點。本文應用具有大量零件的機車引擎和腳踏車來加以驗證,發覺交互運用此六項法則,將可以大量縮減零件和關聯,且可應用於實務面的產品組裝作業中。 |
英文摘要 | It is difficult to find the geometric and looping constraints in regard to analyzing the assembly sequences of large-parts products. This is due to too many parts, ensuring very complex liaison diagrams, and causes the program to be unable to complete the execution. This paper proposes 6 principles to solve the problem. Using large-parts products, such as motorbike engines and bicycles, as illustrations, we find that by using these 6 principles, alone and in combination, it is possible to reduce the parts and liaisons tremendously. Therefore, the developed assembly theory can be applied to the assembly operation in practice. |
