中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在介紹一種新型機車傳動系統之設計。主要的設計概念是結合齒輪式有段變速與V型皮帶無段變速兩種傳動模式為一體的傳動系統。本研究共是出五種固定速比和無段混合傳動系統之創新構想,並進行傳動系統的運動設計,以得到各主要組件之基本尺寸。此外,本研究針對現有速克達機車之V型皮帶無段變速系統進行變速特性分析與模擬,可做為改良現有設計之參考。最後,本研究以一檔固定速比與無段變速混合傳動系統為例,說明整個設計程序。 |
英文摘要 | This work presents an approach to designing new transmissions for motorcycles. The basic concept is to combine a fixed gear ratio transmission and a V-belt continuously variable transmission into a hybrid transmission. Five hybrid systems of fixed gear ratio and continuously variable transmission were synthesized. The kinematic design of the hybrid transmission served as a model to obtain the relationship of major dimensions. The transmission characteristics of the rubber V-belt continuously variable transmission were studied for analyze existing transmission systems. An example is given to illustrate the design procedure for new motorcycle transmissions. |
