中文摘要 | 「語言學習經驗」係一項外語教師之在職研習活動。參與「語言學習經 驗」者須先短期學習一種未曾接觸過之語言,再從語言學習者之角度,深入探究 此一學習經驗。 本文以作者對「語言學習經驗」之親身體驗為例,探討「學習者個別差異」與「學 習(者)策略」等兩類因素對作者此次學習經驗所產生之影響。根據本文之討論結 果,參與「語言學習經驗」應可增進外語教師對語言學習過程之了解,並進而提 升外語教師之教學品質。 |
英文摘要 | 'Language-learning experience' (LLE) is a teacher-developmentprocedure in which language teachers first learn a totally unfamiliarlanguage for a very short period of time and then explore this learningexperience from the view of learners. This article discusses the author'spersonal experience in attending an LLE program in terms of the effects of'individual differences' and learner strategies' (or learning strategies') onher learning in this program, suggesting that participation in LLE programsis very likely to enhance language teachers' understanding of the language-learning process and thus help language teachers improve the quality oftheir teaching. |
