中文摘要 | 本論文提出一個利用非接觸式的主動感測技術來重建物體之三維模型。結構光源投射器能 對待測物體掃描,並在物體表面產生高亮度的條紋光。由攝影機取像後即利用三角測量法求得條紋 光上各點的三維資訊。為了克服多測量視點所量得重複資訊整合的問題及降低及計算複雜度,我們 介紹了取樣平面的觀念,使得三維重疊的曲面之重複資訊整合問題,變成二維曲線重複資訊整合的 問題,降低了處理的複雜度。此外利用八分樹,配合整合處理的原理,來建立及表示三維物體的模 型。經由實驗我們分別對多張影像中物體三維資訊整合的正確性、完整性的判斷能力及量測系統的 準確性作驗證,所獲得的結果皆說明此一測量系統是簡單而精確的。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper a noncontact, active sensing technique to construct the 3D model of an object is proposed. The structured light projector scans the measured object and generates stripe lines with high intensity on the surface of the object. Then we use the triangulation to extract the 3D information from the image and the concept of sampling plane to decide whether the sensed information in the sampling plane is complete or not. By this method, we convert the integration problem with complex curved surfaces to a simpler integration problem with 2D curved lined on the sampling plane. Finally, the build a complete 3D model to represent the object by the Octree that is useful and simple method for representation and analysis. Experimental results illustrate that the measurement, integration, and representation of the 3D object by this measurement system are fast and accurate. |
