英文摘要 | This work analyzed the Zn bioaccumulation kinetics and acute toxicity in the abalone Haliotis diversicolor supertexta for assessing bioconcentration and toxicity in an aquaculatural system. A 14-d laboratory exposure experiment estimated uptake and depuration rate constants (□ and □ respectively) of H. diversicolor supertexta via nondietary and dietary processes. Bioconcentration factor (BCF) were determined. A simple first-order one-compartment model was successfully fitted the toxicokinetic parameters □ and □. The resulting values of □ and □ of H. diversicolor supertecta were 02.04±23.2ml□□ and 0.611±0.43□, respectively, when the abalone were exposed to 1 mg□ Zn seawater without the presence of algae. When the abalone were fed with the algae □ and □ values were estimated to be 113.84±24.4g□ and 0.636±0.21□, respectively. BCFs for the soft tissue and shell are 179±15 and 19±4, respectively in the food-exposed condition. The 96-h L□ for abalone was 1.2±0.4 mg□. L□ value could be predicted from the acknowledge of the exposure time □ and BCF followed by the one-compartment model. When the exposure time approaches infinity, the incipient L□ value could be estimated. The incipient L□ value for the abalone was estimated to be 0.987 mg□. |
