中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的在探討情緒管理課程教學與成長團體對學生情緒穩定性的立即性及持續性效果,並比較其輔導效果的差異情形。本研究係採實驗組-控制組前後測之實驗設計,二個實驗組分別接受研究者所設計之情緒管理課程教學及成長團體輔導,計十一個單元,二十六小時,共需十三週,二個控制組則無。主要研究工具為研究者修編之「情緒穩定性量表」。其研究結果主要如下:課程教學組與成長團體組之二個實驗組成員在情緒穩定上有立即性及持續性的效果,兩組實驗組成員的輔導效果並無太大差異。綜合成員回饋的分析,發現兩組成員經過一個學期的團體輔導後,均感受自己的情緒較以前穩定,更能覺察自己與別人的情緒狀態與變化,大部份的成員皆認為透過記錄情緒日誌,對其情緒管理是有幫助的。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to discuss the effects of the instructional group and the growth group of emotional management program, and to compare the different effect between the instructional group and the growth group after experimental treatment. Twenty subjects were chosen from Fortune Junior college students who studied the elective course of emotional management and attended the growth group of emotional management, twenty subjects did not studied and attend emotional management program, who had lower score than the half standard deviation of scores on seven scales of emotional stability. An eleven-unit, twenty-six hour course of emotional management was given. An Emotional Stability Scale was administered for both pretest and posttest as dependent measure. The major findings are as follows: The subjects in the instructional group and the growth group showed higher scores than control subjects on overall emotional stability as well as on seven subscales of Emotional Stability. The different effect between the instructional group and the growth group was not obvious. The follow-up effects of the instructional group and the growth group were same. |
