中文摘要 | 本研究主旨在瞭解商專學生,使用自我取向目標,作業取向目標動機的情況。探 討其與學業成就的關係,對於學業成就之預測,比較不同性別、部別在使用自我取向目標、 作業取向目標動機上差異。本研究有效樣本是以崇右企業管理專科學校五專部379名,二專 部213名學生作為研究對象。以積差相關,迴歸分析,T檢定進行資料處理。研究結果如下: (1)商專學生作業取向目標動機優於自我挫敗自尊取向目標動機,自我增強自尊取向目標 動機優於避免作業取向目標動機。且在自我增強自尊取向目標動機上的表現區別成為二大類 。 (2)商專學生自我增強自尊取向目標動機,作業取向目標動機與學業成就有正相關。 (3)商專學生自我增強自尊取向目標動機與作業取向目標動機可以有效預測學業成就。 (4)五專部學生自我增強自尊取向目標動機優於二專部學生自我增強自尊取向目標動機。 基於上述研究結果,期望教學者能設計有趣味或實用的作業;教授學生學習策略;協助學生 面對學習中挫敗;及早發現學習困難者與重視學習者個別差異。 建議學習者訂立學習行動計劃;在學習過程中尋找同學的合作或師長的協助;增強自我效能 ,來累積自己成功的經驗。 至於本研究結論,可否應用於崇右企業之外的一般大專學生,尚需進一步研究。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was (1) to investigate the motivation of orientation goal in Business College. (2) to explore the relationship between motivation of orientation goal and achievement; (3) to predict the school performance from the motivation of orientation goal; (4) to examine the effectiveness the motivation of orientation goal under two variables: division and gender. 379 five-year school students and 213 junior college students successfully completed the Motivation of Orientation Goal Inventory. After the data was coded, it was processed by t-test, Pearson productmoment correlation, and regression analysis. Results supported the relationship between motivation of self improving orientation goal or motivation of task orientation goal and academic achievement, and the predication of academic performance from motivation of self improving ego orientation goal and motivation of task orientation goal. The motivation of self improving ego orientation goal in five-year school is superior to the motivation of self improving ego orientation goal in junior college. For instructor, it would be nescessary to design stimulating or efficacious task, teach students study strategy, help students to cope with frustration from failure, and make out those who have trouble in study. For learner, it would be essential to arrange action plan, try to cooperate with classmates or get help from others, enhance self-efficacy and accumulate personal successful experience. The results based on this study could be applied on those students from Chung Yu Business College. It is concluded that more research is needed before this study can be used unequivocally for general college students. |
