中文摘要 | 本研究探討Fe59Mn30Si6Cr5鐵基形狀記憶合金之晶界第二相的生成溫度、生成速率成分結構及其對形狀回復率與抗拉性質之影響。實驗結果顯示,晶界第二相成分雖與母相γ(FCC結構)相差不多,卻為序化之BCC結構。其生成溫度約在600℃~750℃之間,生成量由多到少依序在700℃、650℃、600℃(或750℃),前者(700℃及650℃)會沿晶界形成連續網狀第二相,後者(600℃或750℃)第二相只在晶界三叉點上形成。在700℃恆溫下,晶界第二相在15分鐘內即快速大量生成,隨後趨緩。當晶界第二相生成時,合金之形狀記憶效應及拉伸性質將會變差,且其影響程度也隨生成量之增加而越顯著。 |
英文摘要 | The formation of a new grain-boundary phase and its effects on the properties of Fe59Mn30Si6Cr5 were investigated. It is found that the chemical composition of the grain-boundary phase is similar to that of the matrix, but its structure is ordered-BCC, which is different from that of the matrix. The formation temperature of the grain-boundary phase is within 600℃ and 750℃, with the amount of formation decreasing with changing the temperature from 700℃, 650℃ to 600℃(or 750℃). At 700℃, the grain-boundary phase forms rapidly in first 15 minutes, then becomes saturated. Once the second phase forms at grain boundaries, the shape memory effect and its tensile property of Fe59Mn30Si6Cr5 will be degraded, with the degradation increasing with the amount of the grain-boundary phase. |
