中文摘要 | 本文的目的在幫助老師及學生瞭解網站品質評鑑的重要性,希望能提供一套適用的評鑑指標,供教育人員及學生選擇網站資源時的參考,同時協助學生發展適切的評鑑技巧,以利判斷網站的品質。 本文利用內容分析的方法,針對從1996至1999年發表之十九篇研究報告中,有關網站或資訊品質評鑑指標加以深入分析,企圖找出一些普遍且共同認為重要的指標,作為評鑑時的參考指引。分析結果發現五項重要評鑑指標,分別是網站的可及性、作者的權威性、內容、資訊的架構與設計和連結的品質。 文中並提出多項具體的教學策略,幫助教師設計有效的網路教學活動,以培養學生的評鑑技巧。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were (1) to help teachers and students understand the importance of evaluating quality on the web, (2) to provide a set of appropriate evaluation criteria as a guideline for educators and students, and (3) to help students foster their evaluation skills related to the judgement of the web site quality. The study consulted a number of possible sources of criteria that could be used to evaluate the quality of web sites and information located over the internet. Nineteen research papers from 1996 to 1999 were reviewed and content analysis was conducted to find a set of universal and appropriate evaluaiton criteria. Five evaluation criteria were found. They included access, authority of author, content, information structure and design, and quality of links. This study also provided some suggestions about instructional strategies that teachers could use in their classroom instruction to design some effective web-based learning activities. |
