中文摘要 | 網際網路的盛行,任何人均可利用它進入伺服主機分享電腦資源,而 識別系統是網路安全的第一道防線,亦是最重要的一環。以往所發展的識別方法 有利用人體特徵辨識:如指紋、視網膜等或利用公開金匙密碼系統驗證。但第一 種辨識方法成本較高,精確度不易掌握;第二種方法具有指數計算複雜度,計算 時間較長。本文提出基於視覺密碼學 (Visual cryptography) 之多伺服器識別機 制,將人類視覺行為與電腦輔助運算結合進行識別為其特色,其優點為:一、多 個伺服主機可共用秘鑰,二、使用者只需記憶一個密碼即可登入多個伺服主 機,三、可雙向驗證,四、安全性高偽冒不易,五、所需經費及計算時間 成本低。本機制期望提供網際網路安全識別新的思考方向。 |
英文摘要 | The identification is the first protection step in the applications of network security. There are many researches on this field. All studies can be classified into two domains. The first domain of methods including fingerprinting or hand recognition can recognize the features of human body. The disadvantage is that those devices are very expensive and it is difficult to control the scope of precision. Other domain of methods uses public key cryptosystems to authenticate the multi-server users, however, the disadvantage is that a long period of computation time is required. In this paper, we present a novel scheme of multi-server identification based on visual cryptography incorporated with computer-aided computations. Each user can hold a specific image to authenticate his identification; the computation is based on hash function. A single image reveals nothing while all set of invisible images can recognize the user identification. The computation time includes only a polynomial time complexity. The proposed scheme possesses several attractive properties. First, multi-server computers can use the same secret key. Second, the user memorizes only one password with which he/she can be identified by multi-server computers. Third, bilaterally interactive identification can be performed. Fourth, forgery is impossible. Fifth, cost and computation is lessened. We expect that the proposed research result can provide a new thinking direction in Internet security. |
