英文摘要 | This research proposes a systematic design method to generate a process planning sheet which considers four phases: task clarification, concept deduction, planning and evaluation, document preparation. It extends design and evaluation methods to the stage of process planning which starts from engineering drawing of detail design and then generates the process planning sheet. Cost estimation is finally proposed as an index to evaluate system variants so as to reduce the period of product development. Design and manufacturing integration is then achieved systematically. |
