中文摘要 | 本研究採用一種商用鋯鈦酸鉛 (PZT) 粉體和兩種自製粉體,經由低壓 射出成形製程,將含有PZT壓電陶瓷粉體的胚料,以低壓射出機射出成形試片, 觀察射出試片之尺寸收縮、重量變化、燒結前後之密度、微結構,以及燒結體之 壓電性,並了解低壓射出成形應用於PZT電子陶瓷元件之可能性。此外,分析 射出料之混練扭矩變化、黏度大小及鉛含量之重量損失等性質,用於討論較佳之 射出及燒結製程條件。 |
英文摘要 | In this research, one commercially available and two self-synthesized Pb(Zr, Ti)O3 (PZT) powders were used for the preparation of piezoelectric samples by low-pressure injection molding (LPIM) process. The measurements of the size shrinkage, mass variation, density evolution before and after sintering, the microstructure and the piezoelectric properties of the sintered pieces were conducted. Therefore, the applicability of the injection molding (IM) process for the manufacturing of PZT elements was rationalized. In addition, the torque and viscosity of the PZT feedstocks, the mass loss of Pb content in the PZT during sintering were also studied, so to discuss and address the appropriate parameters of the LPIM process. |
