中文摘要 | 本文旨在設計一個具有系統頻率之機械阻尼濾波器,以抑制電力系統事故激起之汽機轉軸及葉片轉矩振盪。鑑於汽機本身構件組成之限制,此系統頻率機械阻尼濾波器選擇以串聯型式設計,並裝設於發電機及LP2R低壓汽機軸段之間。電力系統事故發生時,主要以步級與系統頻率成份之電磁轉矩分別對汽機轉軸及葉片施加應力。因此,機械阻尼濾波器之統頻率被設計成接近共振頻率(約為65Hz),以吸收大部份主導低壓汽機葉片轉矩振盪之系統頻率電磁轉矩。此時,LP2R低壓汽機與發電機間之轉軸轉矩振盪會比未安裝前的轉矩振盪稍大:而系統頻率機械阻尼濾波器即以阻尼效應產生摩擦阻尼轉矩,並以此阻尼轉矩抑制汽輪發電機轉軸之轉矩振動。因此,其轉軸及葉片的轉矩振盪必然同時減少。經由模擬結果發現,藉由此方式可獲得良好之抑制低壓汽機轉軸及葉片振動效果。 |
英文摘要 | This paper proposes a mechanical-damping filter with system-frequency to depress vibrations in steam turbine shafts and blades caused by power system disturbances. Due to the construction constrains of steam turbines, the proposed mechanical filter is installed on the shaft coupling between the LP2R low-pressure steam turbine and a generator in series. At a power system fault, the E/M torque in a turbine-generator mainly contains the step and system-frequency components. The step and system-frequency E/M torque would respectively excite shaft and blade vibrations in the steam turbine. Then, the resonant frequency of the filter can be designed as 65Hz to share most of the energy of the system-frequency E/M torque. At the same time, the damping effect of the filter produces friction torque to depress the torsional vibrations on each shaft of the turbine-generator. Therefore, the shaft and blade vibrations in the steam turbine can be effectively reduced. In the simulation, it is found that such a mechanical method significantly depress as vibrations in steam turbine shafts and blades because of the high reliability of these added mechanical elements. |
