中文摘要 | 探討作物品種穩定性(stability),一般以產量為對象,品種產量間差異不至於太大。本文探討對象則為品種罹病率,抵抗品種與感染品種之罹病率差異甚大,因此,一般用來評估產量穩定性之統計值,是否適用於評鑑抗病性之穩定性,乃本研究目的。經選用一般常用於作物品種穩定性測定之方法有五種,測試五個甘蔗品種對露菌病抗病性之穩定性,結果以其中三種方法較為適用,即Eberhardt and Russell之迴歸係數(β)及穩定性偏差均方(S2d),Wrick的環境指標(w2)以及Shukla的穩定性變方(α2),其所檢定五個品種抗露菌病之穩定性有吻合一致之趨勢,即中等抵抗品種F134(為對照品種)之抗病性之穩定性最佳,其次依序為抵抗品種NCo310及強抗品種F108,感染品種H44-3098則較不穩定,而以極感染品種PT43-52為最不穩定。本文亦以一簡便SAS(Statistical Analysis System)電腦程式快速計算各種穩定性統計值,供研究者方便使用。 |
英文摘要 | In stability study of crop variety, its object is often on the crop yield. Now we try to investigate the stability on the infectious rate of plant disease. Because the data structure is quite difference between the yield and the infectious rate. So we try to find the optimum statistics in the testing of stability in plant disease. We select five stability statistics and five sugarcane varieties in domny mildew disease in this study. We found the regression coefficient and mean square of deviation from regression of Eberhardt and Russell, the ecovalence index of Wrick and the stability variance of Shukla are the optimum tests to the stability of plant disease resistance The stability tests are consistent for the five sugarcane varieties. We also found the best stable variety is F134. The next stable varieties, are NCo310 and Fl08. The worst stable variety is PT43-52 and the next worst stable variety is H44-3098. We also design a simple computer program in SAS (statistical analysis system) for the conveniency of caculation in the stability study. |
