英文摘要 | This article is to construct a theoretical framework for expatriate adjustment in a subsidiary abroad. Organizational socialization theory is popular for investigating the adjustment of new entries and people change their work roles and contents. Based on the organizational socialization theory, this paper try to explain how the expatriates adjust to the new roles and tasks in the new organizational context abroad and then propose the expatriate's socialization model to analyze the influence of organizational practices on the individual constructs of the expatriate socialization. Following the model, 13 propositions are presented. Some conclusions and suggestions are conducted through this model. |
