英文摘要 | The purpose of the article is to explore the conceptions and reciprocal tactics between "instructional spirits of small class" and "Integrated Curriculum". "The intention of instructional spirits of small class" is to sufficient for requirement of students in learning, to develop the instructional spirits-diversification, adaptability, individuality. "Integrated Curriculum" emphasizes that whole experience for students in learning. Both two are linked closely. First of all, analyzing the relation of the two ideals. Secondly, illustrating difficult positions at present. And then, bring up the reciprocal tactics between the both. There are seven items in the difficult positions. There are eight tactics: 1.School-based curriculum development; 2.Communal total reformation; 3.To give service to substitute leadership... and so on. Finally, the article provided the following suggestions to the educator of school: Reform and changing not equal to correct mistakes. Helping teacher using the services of administration. Regarding the professional autonomic rights of teacher. Appreciating the differences and characteristics between diverse cultures of school. |
