中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討臺灣與日本當前小學階段課程改革的背景與目的,並針對日本1998年公佈的「小學校學習指導要領」與臺灣「國民教育階段九年一貫課程綱要」草案的國小部分做分析比較,就比較的結果提出意見與建議。 就課程改革的背景的與目的來看:兩國為因應週休二日制將授課節數做少量的刪減,臺灣課程改革的腳步較積極,釋放課程決定權,朝向學校本位的方向發展,日本則較保守以穩健的步代進行改革。 就內容而言:臺灣的課程綱要以七大學習領域、十項基本能力的方式呈現,日本則維持原有的教科型式;日本比臺灣更重視道德教育;臺灣的「生活」一科的概念是來自日本。 臺灣在尚未準備完全的情況下即冒然進行大規模的課程改革,其成效令人擔憂,日本穩健踏實的做法值得我們效法與借鏡。 |
英文摘要 | This study aims to discuss the context and objective of curriculum reform in elementary schools between Taiwan and Japan. Furthermore, it compares "The General Guidelines for the Consistent Guidelines for the Consistent 9-year Curriculum" of elementary schools in Taiwan with "Curriculum Guidelines for Elementary" in 1998 in Japan by their content. Finally, according to the ends, the author brings up some opinions and suggestions. On context and objective: A small amount of elementary students' time in school is cut both in Taiwan and Japan. The curriculum reform in Taiwan is progressive and the authority is going to develop school-based curriculum. On the contrary, the curriculum reform is conservative and steady in Japan. On content: Taiwan's new curriculum guideline emphasizes the seven 'learning fields' and the ten "basic abilities". Japan's new curriculum guidelines continue to use "subject" to construct the curriculum framework. Japanese are more emphasize morality education than Taiwanese. The idea of subject "Life" in Taiwan's curriculum guideline came from Japan. The speed of Taiwan's curriculum reform in elementary schools is too rapid. We can take Japanese's steady attitude as a model. |
