中文摘要 | 校長是學校教育績效的關鍵人物,在面對教育改革的浪潮,現代的校長角色期望與所擔負職責越來越形複雜。事實上,校長的工作型態本來就相當廣泛且充滿不確定,校長必須具備多元且專業的能力。本文綜合相關文獻後認為,在壓力日增,職責繁複的變遷時代中,校長應勇於迎接挑戰,以明確的角色認知,採行專業拙權,成為領導者的領導者。教育行政當局,尤應落實校長聘任制精神,及早訂定校長聘約準則,以杜爭議。 |
英文摘要 | Pricipals today are being forced to clarify roles and responsibilities because the schooling systems are and should be open and that teachers, parents, community members, government officials, and other stakeholders should participate actively with they in decisions regarding the shape and scope of educational activities. This article examined the metaphorical language used to discuss expectations of principals' behaviors, responsibilities, professional standards and the dilemmas of role change. Although the principals' role became more ambiguous and complex under the impact of reform. The principal should serve as leader of leaders to enable and support teacher success. Finally, it is important to specify duties and responsibility assigned to principal for our schools. |
