| 中文摘要 | 本研究應用模糊最適化求得批次啤酒發酵程序之冷卻水流率與發酵時間。在明確環境下,將目標函數與產物物性限制條件採行合適的彈性限制範圍,使成為模糊最適化問題。接著應用歸屬函數於目標函數與限制條件,將模糊最適化問題轉換為最大決策問題。本文提出混合差值進化法來求此最大決策問題,以得到全域最佳解。本研究亦分別採用差值進化法,IMSL程式庫之BCPOL副程式與簡單基因演算法求解本問題。從模擬的比較結果,可知在這些方法之中,混合差值進化法只需要用三個群體數即可得到最滿意的決策。 |
| 英文摘要 | Fuzzy optimization was applied to obtain the cooling rate and fermentation time of the batch beer fermentation process. The objective function and the product quality constraints under the crisp environment were reasonably softened into an optimization problem in the fuzzy environment. By eliciting the assigned membership function for the objective function and constraints, the fuzzy optimization problem could be converted into a maximizing decision problem. In order to obtain a global optimal solution, the hybrid differential evolution was introduced to solve the maximizing decision problem. The hybrid method can use the least population size of three to obtain a more satisfactory solution, as compared to the original algorithm of differential evolution, the BCPOL solver in the IMSL library, and a simple genetic algorithm solver. |
