中文摘要 | 本文涉及之監視對象主要有二:1.闖入地球重力場中心區域的慧星及小行星等物體。2.可能造成強烈地震的地層變動。 參考反射式望遠鏡予以變化,設計成焦線望遠鏡,主要特點為;主、副鏡固定不動,故不須尋星,不做追蹤,焦成一條南北向的狐形曲線,安置感光底片或偵測器,配合天體運行,可以鏡下大片的天象圖。若在各地建立此各型焦線震遠鏡,彼此關連,組成監視網,所得資料相互比對及運用,可以推測天象變異及地層更動等狀況。為求審慎,初期開發應予簡化,擬先固定一臺現有之望遠鏡,構建成地動感測儀,以驗證效果及長遠之發展累積經驗。 |
英文摘要 | There are two main monitoring targets expected to be seen in this research paper: 1.The comets and small planets and oter objects dashed to the central area of gravitational field of the earth. 2.The stratigraphic changes that might cause strong earthquacke. By taking reflective telescope as a reference and make changes, a target line telescope is designed to have these characteristics: As the main and minor lenses are fixed and not moved, we are not required to look for star or trace star. What we need to do is only to focus a south-north arc curve, place the sensitive film or monitor and match with the movements of the celestial body. Then a large astronomical diagram can be recorded. If various types of focus line telescopes are set up in defferent places, they can link with each other and form a monitoring network. The information obtained can be compared with each other and adopted to forecast the astronomical and stratigraphic changes with each other and adopted to forecast the astronomical and stratigraphic changes and situation. For the sake of caution and carefulness, the preliminary development should be simplified. It is suggested to fix an existing telescope and try to make it become a slip fault zone monitoring instrument so as to accumulate experience for the long-term development. |
