英文摘要 | Setting up an incorruptible and competent government requires external control of official ethics and establishment of ethical organizations. It also requires development of human resources through the practice of self-enlightenment on the part of government officials. By encouraging organization members to learn the intrinsic worth of human existence, we can make them live in a life full of creativity. Through the use of career development, we can make government officials realize their happiness is closely related to that of others, so they must do their best to render services to the public and work for the welfare of people. To enhance official ethics, we must have the participation and support of the government chiefs concerned, let government officials establish correct values for their carreer, make them obtain balance between family and work, and present a scheme for follow-up flow management and betterment. If government officials can continue to learn and make progress through development of human resources, the aim made for an incorruptible and competent government will be easily achieved. |
