中文摘要 | 研發聯盟是近代企業提升競爭力的主要工具。本研究藉由探討台灣201個研發聯 盟共872家企業的現況,分析不同類型研發聯盟之間,管理機制與資源配置機制 之關係。並經由文獻探討不同類型廠商所採行管理機制與資源配置機制之偏好與 理由。 藉由個案研討與問卷調查結果,發現科技產品研發聯盟偏向採用同步工程管 理機制,其他三種類型聯盟廠商偏向採用循序工程管理機制,科技與傳統產品聯 盟偏向採用計劃導向型的資源配置模式。 研究也支持廠商參加不同聯盟,採用不同的管理機制與資源配置模式,有助 於提升良好的效能。 本文就此發現,提出了理論與實務涵義。並提出若干建議,以供企業負責人、 研發主管、政府專案計劃主持人與科技政策決策者參考。 |
英文摘要 | R & D consortia is one of the most important tools to promote competitiveness in the modern enterprises. This research explores the situation of 201 R & D consortia (including 872 firms) in Taiwan. Analysis the relationship between the management mechanism and the resource-allocation mechanism of the different types of consortia. By literature review, explores the preference and reasons that firms adopt different management mechanism and resource-allocation mechanism. Through the case study and questionnaire survey, the research finds that the technical-product consortia prefer to adopt the concurrent engineering mechanism to manage the consortia. And other consortia prefer to adopt sequential engineering mechanism to manage the consortia. The research support the hypothesis that technical-product and traditional- product consortia prefer to adopt the plan-oriented mechanism to allocate the R & D resources. The research support the same firm that joint the different consortia could select the right match between the management mechanism and resource-allocation mechanism would promote the effectiveness of R & D activities. |
