中文摘要 | 「魔鬼擁護法」與「辯證法」是兩種定性式的群體決策輔助技巧,這兩種技巧都被建議用來幫助經理人應付策略規畫問題。此兩種決策輔助技巧都運用了特殊的形式(命題--批評或命題--反命題)提供資訊給經理人,以使得經理人對決策情剄有較為寬廣及慎密的見解。由於以往有很多研究將此兩種進策輔助技巧應用於個人決策的情境之下,因此本研究的主要目的是探討「魔鬼擁護法」與「辯證法」是否適用於個人決策的情境。結果顯示此兩種決策輔助工具在個人決策的情境下使用,其適用程度不像在群體決策的情境下適當。 |
英文摘要 | Devil's advocacy (DA) and dialectical inquiry (DI) are two qualitative group decision-making aids which have been recommended to managers who must cope with strategic planning problems. Each of these techniques employs a distinctive format (thesis-critique of thesis-antithesis) for presenting information to assist decision makers in obtaining a broader and more considered view of a decision-making situation. A number of previous studies employed these two decision-making aids in individual decision-making situations. Thus, the major issue examined in this study is the appropriateness of applying DA and DI in individual decision-making situations. Results suggest that the use of DA and DI in individual decision-making situations may not be as effective as in group decision-making situations. |
