中文摘要 | 本文目的在於探討製造彈性與不同事業策略類型之配適關係對事業績 效的影響性,其中製造彈性包括:新產品彈性、產品組合彈性、產品修改彈性、 產量彈性、交貨彈性及服務彈性等構面。本文首先發展一事業策略分類架構,將 事業策略類型區分為先制策略、差異化一跟隨策略及成本化一跟隨策略,而後建 立製造彈性構面與該三種事業策略類型配適關係之研究假設,並以95家製造業廠 商資料進行實證分析。研究結論指出,採不同事業策略之廠商,應搭配不同的製 造彈性構面優勢,以提昇新產品成功上市比率、純益率及銷售成長率。 |
英文摘要 | Abstract: The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of fitting relationship between manufacturing flexibility and business strategies on business performance. Manufacturing flexibility dimensions include new product flexibility, product mix flexibility, product modification flexibility, volume flexibility, delivery flexibility, and service flexibility. This study developed a new typology of business strategies, which categorized the business strategy into three types named preemptive strategy, differentiated-follower strategy, and low cost-follower strategy. Besides, the fitting relationship between manufacturing flexibility dimensions and business strategies were developed to be research hypotheses and examined empirically based on the data collected from 95 manufacturing firms. This study results indicate that firms must adopt their business strategies based on different dimensions of manufacturing flexibility advantage in order to improve the performance in new product introduction, net profit, and sales growth. |
