中文摘要 | 本研究主要以永達工商專校為例,討論學校背景、願景、使命及內外之 環境。從其環境中顯現出永達之機會、優缺點及所受之威脅。經由這些觀點之分 析,顯示出學校所受之困境、競爭對手及學校如何因應。然而從學校獨特的能力 及競爭之優勢中,規劃出一系列之策略以提供董事會參考,使永達工商專校順利 升格技術學院。以永達所提出之策略與任務作為其他專科學校升格技術學院之參 考(借鏡)。 |
英文摘要 | This study discusses the school's background, vision, mission, external andinternal environments for example Yungta Junior College of Technology &Commerce. From the environments, it explicates the opportunities, threats, strengthsand weaknesses of Yungta. Through an analysis of those points, the barriers, rivals,and substitutes of the school are presented. However, a comprehensive strategy isformulated from the sources of competitive advantage and school's distinctivecompetencies, in order to present to the board of trustees as a suggestion. It helpsYungta Junior College of Technology & Commerce upgrade to the Institute ofTechnology. The strategy and policy proposed by Yungta could be a reference tonon-upgraded junior college. |
