中文摘要 | 本論文擬以電腦模擬空氣加結噴嘴之氣體動力學,使吾人了解nozzle內部的氣流 流動情形。在不同的加結以及低丹尼爾的條件下,吾人計算出氣流的interlacing degree和 loop frequency之值。實驗發現,如果減小氣流管徑、絲道長度或是增加進口空氣的壓力將 有利於加結(interlacing)的產生。又圓形絲道較其他幾何形狀更有效果。另外增大絲道 出口並不能對加結有所幫助,但是適度的減小出口直徑則可以增加若干加結效果。最後實驗 發現輕微傾斜的氣流入射角度和正切的接合特別有利於加結。 |
英文摘要 | The airflow in interlacing nozzles was simulated herein. The interlacing degree and loop frequency of the airflow was calculated with respect toh distinct interlacing conditions while processing a thread of fine denier yarns. The results indicate that the interlacing nozzle might function better as the cross-sectional area of the inlet hole decreases, the length of they yarn channel decreases, and the pressure of the inlet air increases. A slight obliqueness or tangentially insertion of the air inlet hole favors the interlacing process. Also, a yarn channel with round cross-section was predicted to outperform other shapes. Finally, neither the divergent nor the serious convergent exit provides any positive effect, except that a modest convergence might enhance the interlacing a little. |
