中文摘要 | 本文應用模糊線性規劃(fuzzy linear programming)法求解經濟-汙染之多目標電力調度問題,艾中考慮燃料成本與NOx污染兩個目標函數,其中NOx污染主要源於火力電廠。由於燃料成本與NOx污染兩個目標函數值此間相互衝突,求解時,由模糊規劃(fuzzy programming)運算中之最小運算子(min-operator)獲得兩個目標函數間的取捨曲組(trade-off curve),再由距離歸屬函數(distance membership function)取得兩個目標函數間的最佳協調解(compromise solution)。本方法應用於一簡單10個匯流排5個發電機組系統,結果顯示,本文所提出方法能有效地求解經濟-污染等多目標電力調度問題。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a new fuzzy linear programming (FLP) approach to determine the economic-emission power dispatch. The objectives considered in this paper are both fuel cost and environmental impact of NOx emission. Based on the trade-off curve obtained by the min-operator technique, the decision-maker (DM) can make the most appropriate decisions along the preference structure by means of a distance membership function approach. The effectiveness of the proposed approach has been demonstrated on a 10-bus, 5-generator system. Numerical results reveal that the proposed approach is promising and efficient for dealing with the multiobjective nature of power dispatch problem. |
