中文摘要 | 本研究探討紗線繞過測長輪後,筒子機捲繞所產生線速度的變化,反應到測長輪的準確性,做一系統的評估。經由實驗發現,測長輪之材質輕及紗線與其包繞90度以上,比較能配合筒紗在滾筒溝槽做加減速的變化,紗線與測長輪接觸面也就不會產生滑移現象。因此,設定碼長與實際碼長之誤差將減到最小,可使每顆筒紗之長度均一且準確性高,減少管尾紗之殘餘,降低損耗,其可減少補紗接頭,進前提高整經工程效率。 |
英文摘要 | The paper is to study the velocity of disk wheel that measured yarn length rolls up to package in cone winder. The velocity of disk wheel is inconstant due to yarn traverse in different direction across package. Disk wheel in less weight and low friction can follow the inconstant velocity in cone winder, and slipping is disappeared. Therefore, the error percentage between the set value and the measured value will decrease, and prompt up the efficiency of the warping section. |
