中文摘要 | 當11.4k V的架空配電線斷落在高阻抗地面時常引發高阻抗故障。由於故障電流太 小,傳統的保護電驛與饋線斷路器無法偵測此一故障將之隔離。為避免因高阻抗故障而造成 的工安事故,國內外的研究機構曾發展出許多偵測高阻抗故障的方法。本論文中,作者回顧 其中六件數位偵測方法,並提出一套可以應用絕大多數偵測法的程序,據此程序可以自動設 定並因時調整故障偵測位準 (或電驛跳脫位準 )。本文將此程序分別與上述六件高阻抗故障 偵測方法相結合。測試於臺電曾執行的高阻抗人工故障試驗之數據記錄資料。數值測試結果 顯示:應用此自動調整程序後,所有六件高阻抗故障偵測方法的故障偵測率得以大幅提高。 |
英文摘要 | The 11.4kV overhead distribution feeder fallen on the high resistance gound may cause a high impedance fault (HIF). The fault current of HIF is too low to trip the conventional relays and feeder circuit breaker to isolate the fault. To avoid the public safety hazard caused by an HIF, a variety of HIF detection methods have been developed. In this pape, the methodologies of six digital algorithms for HIF detection are reviewed, and a self-tuning scheme which can be utilized by most of the existing algorithms for the automatic setting of fault detection threshold is proposed. The six digital algorithms modified with the proposed scheme have been implemented on computer and tested on the field measurements of staged fault tests conducted jointly by the authors and the engineering staffs of the Taiwan Power Company (Taipower). The numerical test results with or without our proposed scheme are compared. The comparison shows that the fault detection rate can be improved significantly by the proposed scheme. |
