中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在利用工業用紡絲機試紡出聚酯部份延伸絲(POY)來尋找最大可能之HMLS理論延伸速度。同時在本研究中也改變不同之紡絲溫度、緩冷溫度及POY紡絲速度等之加工條件,這些改變可以幫助操作者拔出正確的HMLS聚酯絲之延伸設定條件。在本研究中發現,當固定紡絲溫度及緩冷溫度時,所得到之POY聚酯纖維其最大理論延伸速度會隨POY紡絲速度增加而增加;相對地,當固定POY紡絲速度時,其最大理論延伸速度也會隨著紡絲溫度及緩冷溫度增加而增加。為了更進一步作深入且完整的探討,本研究也針對所使用之原料以及所得到之POY聚酯纖維進行物性分析,同時將這些結果和最大理論延伸速度同時進行探討。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to predict the maximum theoretical spinning-drawing godet speed (MTGS) of HMLS polyester fiber process by using the method to spin POY polyester fiber on industrial spinning machine. This paper also study the influence of the POY speeds to the fiber properties by varying spinning/delay-quenching temperatures. Those results can help the operator of the machine to find out the optimum spinning conditions of HMLS polyester fibers. The results show that the maximum theoretical spinning-drawing godet speed (MTGS) increases as the POY spinning speed increases if the spinning/delay-quenching temperature keeps constant. Moreover, the maximum theoretical spinning-drawing godet speed (MTGS) also increases as the spinning /delay-quenching temperature increases. In order to study more intensively, the properties of raw material, polyester chips and product, POY fibers are tested in our laboratory, which are also discussed with the maximumtheoretical spinning-drawing godet speed (MTGS) in this paper. |
