中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討高強力耐隆6工業用纖維紡絲製程。整個製程研究內容包含了變化纖維吐出量、羅拉延伸速度、羅拉延伸溫度是捲取速度對高強力耐隆6纖維物性的影響。在本研究中顯示,當提高丹尼數、降低初延伸羅拉速度、提高第三對羅拉(Duo3)延伸溫度、增加第四對羅拉(Duo4)速度及提高捲取速度時,對耐隆6纖維的強力都管提高的效果。研究結果發現,當最初延伸羅拉速度為615m/min、第三對羅拉(Duo3)速度為2900m/min 及溫度215℃、第四對羅拉(Duo4)速度為2810m/min及捲取速度為2790m/min時,對高強力耐隆6纖維之紡絲製程有最適化值出現,耐隆6纖維之強力可達到9.0g/d,此時其伸度及熱風收縮率分別為20.3%及8.8%。除此之外,本研究還針對耐隆6原料及油劑之物化性等性質進行分析與探討。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the manufacturing processes of high strength industrial nylon 6 fiber. The investigation includes changing the polymer throughput, the godet drawing speed, temperature and winding speed. The results show that the tenacity of nylon 6 fiber will increase when the fiber denier increases and / or the drawing gode t speed decreases and/or the Duo 3 godet drawing temperature increases and/or the Duo 4 godet drawing speed increases and/or the winding speed increases. The optimum condition was found when the initial drawing speed was 615 m1min, the Duo 3 speed and temperature were 2900mlmin and 215°C, respectively, the Duo 4 drawing speed was 2810mlmin, and the winding speed was 2790mlmin. The tenacity of the optimum nylon 6 fiber will reach 9.0g/d and the elongation, hot air shrinkage are 20.31% and 8.8%, respectively. Moreover, the nylon 6 fiber material, fiber oil had been also studied in this paper. |
