中文摘要 | 臺電銀行3φ4w式多重接地系統,因系統內含有大量的單相及開Y-開△接變壓器, 使得系統產生嚴重的不平衡問題,並降低了接地故障保護電驛的靈敏度,嚴重地影響到系統 的供電安全與品質。因此,急需深入瞭解以找出問題之癥結,並尋求因應之道。探討系統接 地方式對線路運轉之影響,有賴於精確的系統及元件等效數學模型。因此,本研究將各種配 電用變壓器接線方式之特性的瞭解以及系統等效數學模型之建立列為首要工作。其次,有了 系統等效數學模型之後,有關各種接地方式之配電系統運轉特性分析即可一一實現。此處所 指各種接地方式之配電系統包括多重接地系統、中性線引出與不引出之單一接地系統、非接 地系統以及單一多重混合接地系統等。最後,結合各種接地方式之配電系統運轉特性與安全 、經濟及可靠等供電原則,對臺電配電系統配電方式之未來走向提出建言。 |
英文摘要 | In order to improve operation and maintenance in distribution system major purposes of this paper include (a)evaluating the performance of various gounding by using digital simulation, (b)determining more properate protective schemes, and (c) exploring the advantages and disadvantages of various grounding types under balanced and unbalanced operation conditions. The three-phase four-wire multigrounded system is adopted by Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) in distribution system to supply a great number of single-phase loads. That causes serious voltage and current unbalances and also reduces the sensitivity of ground realy. This unfavorable situation significantly affects power quality and should be solved as soon as possible. To evaluate the performance of various grounding types, the detailed mathematical models of components and network of a distribution system are indispensable. First of all, the models of distribution transformers with various connections are developed and followed byb the modeling of distribution network. The performances of distribution system with four grounding types, such as four-wire multigrounded-neutral system, four-wire unigrounded-neutral system, three-wire unigrounded system and three-wire ungrounded system, were evaluated in detail. Consequently, the comparisons were made among four types of system. Their advantages and disadvantages were explored and listed in this paper. Finally, the appropriate grounding types were suggested for residential, commervial and industrial area respectively in Taipower's distribution system. |
