中文摘要 | 本研究提出一訓練模式,並以高科技產業為例去檢視該模式之因 果關係。該模式的自變數為5W2H,而以訓練的三項成效--「對教育訓練滿 意度」、「個人才能增進程度」及「實際工作應用成效」--為依變數。本研究 以新竹科學工業園區之前四大產業--積體電路產業、電腦及週邊產業、通訊 產業及光電產業為研究對象,經實證調查後共回收124份有效問卷;以 LISREL 8.10之單指標項徑路分析和相關分析方法,探討5W2H與訓練成效 間之關係及訓練成效彼此間之影響程度,其研究發現可供業者擬定教育訓練 計劃之參考。 以下為本研究的一些重要發現: 1.教材的完整性與否,對實際工作應用成效無直接之影響。 2.採見習(或實習或師徒式)之訓練方式,對個人才能增進程度有正向之影 響。 3.對訓練時間的滿意程度愈高,則人際與心理了解能力之增進程度及應用成 效愈佳。 4.對訓練課程編排與內容的滿意程度愈高,則一般管理能力之增進程度及應用成 效愈佳。 |
英文摘要 | This research developed a training model tested with a case of high-tech industry and examined the causality. In the model, 5W2H was employed as independent variables and three performances of training--satisfaction at training, improvement of individual ability and the performance of actual practice--as dependent variables. The Top 4 industries of Hsinchu Science-Based Industrial Park--integrated circuits, computer and peripherals, telecommunications, and electro-optical--are the objects of study; 124 effective questionnaires were received and analyzed by taking advantage of path analysis of LISREL 8.10 and correlation analysis. The following are some of the important findings: 1. The completeness of training materials does not directly influence the performance of actual practice. 2. Some methods such as probation and apprenticeship have a positive effect on the improvement of individual ability. 3. The more the trainee is pleased with the training timing, the more he or she has improvement in the ability and application to understanding human relationships and psychology. 4. If the trainee is satisfied with the design and content of the training programs, he or she will have more improvement in the ability and application to general management. |
