中文摘要 | 理想的同調測器其I/Q通道間增通相同、相位相差90℃,但由於元件特性上之差異,使得I/Q通道之增益不相同、相位無法正交,並產生直流偏壓誤差。而增益與相位不平衡,會產生影像信號,造成接收機訊雜比降低,直流偏壓誤差更將造成信號失真。本文以個人電腦程式實現同調偵測器誤差修正電路,並以一展頻接收機之60MHz同調偵測器模組進行實驗。由實驗結果顯示,同調偵測器誤均可有效地被壓扣。 |
英文摘要 | The ideal coherent detector can provide in phase (I) and quadrature (Q) signals with equal amplitude and 90° phase difference. The amplitude imbalance, phase imbalance, and the bias errors of a coherent detector due to the characteristic difference of components between two channels will cause performance degradation in the receiver. In this paper, the test equipment of the coherent detector and its error correction circuit are implemented in a personal computer. A 60 MHz coherent detector module of a spread spectrum receiver is used to perform the experiment. The experimental results show that the correction circuit can effectively suppress the image frequency response and dc bias error of the coherent detector. |
