中文摘要 | 本篇研究最大的特色是以工業用納米級鑽石超微粉,應用機械式撞擊方法佈植在燒結碳化鎢之基材上,以作為成長鑽石膜的晶種。主要目的是為了證實鑽石晶種預芽以及增加應變能,確實對促進鑽石膜成核的作用有很大的幫助。其認,對於鑽石膜品質的提升也有不錯的貢獻,即使是在燒結碳化鎢上,鑽石很難成核、成長的基材,如今經過這種方式也可以長出品質接近於天然鑽石之鑽石膜。在附著性的比較上,此種方式之附著性也較其它如加中間介層、粉末燒結等方式沈積之鑽石膜來的優越。 |
英文摘要 | The main subject of this study is industrial nano-diamonds with the size of several nano-meters used as crystalline seeds for the growth of diamond films on Wc-Co substrates. The results of this study are as follow: First, increased strain energy inside the substrate and our technique for diamond seeding germination during the process are significantly helpful to the nucleation of diamond films. Second, the quality of diamond films grown on the Wc-Co substrate using our technique reaches the quality of natural diamonds, approximately. (This substrate had been viewed as difficult for diamond nucleation and growth). The results of this study also show that the adherence is better using our method than other diamond films coated on Wc-Co substrates, such as those obtained by interposing a Ti-Si interlayer, and by cobalt removal treatment. |
