中文摘要 | 切換磁阻馬達構造簡單,效率高,成本極為低廉,不幸的是:這種馬達具有難以 令人接受的操音。原因之一是現有的噪音與震動控制策略大多只考慮到在開環路下操作的情 況,因此當變動負載加入時其性能經常預期不符,很難令人滿意。另外,為提升馬達速率響 應及其可靠性,使用的電能轉換器也應具有能源可回收,可直接控制馬達電功率的效能。因 此本文將藉助四相 split-link 轉換器,並運用可變結構直流鏈電功率控制技術於四相雙激 磁切換磁阻馬達上。不用的能源可以快速回存至直驗流電源側的雙電容器上,或輸送至其他 各相之負載上。依據實際霍爾位置感測器的位置碼,適當的空間電壓向量可被選取並加以調 變,利用直流鏈電流回授,馬達之電功率控制可以轉換至直流鏈電源側。 |
英文摘要 | A switched reluctance motor is highly efficient in its structural simplicity, and costs significantly low to operate. Unfortunately, the motor tends to produce unacceptable, shrill noises that are a result of the overall control strategy's failure to take into consideration conditions other than that of under an open-loop control. Its performance, then, cannot frequently meet with the expected result when the loads are changed. In addition, to increase the speed-response and the reliability of the motor, the energy must be recoverable and the power directly controllable when the converter is used. Thus, it is in the goal of this paper to present the control of the split-link converter and the variable-structure dc-link power as such will be used in the doubly-excited 4-phase switched reluctance motor. The energy un-utilized can be quickly returned to two capacitors on the dc rail or be transferred to other loads. According to the actual position codes in the hall sensors, the suitable space vectors can be selected and modulated; the power of the motor can be converted into the dc-link power through the feedback of the dc-link current. |
