中文摘要 | 我國國小音樂教育,在近十年來,在教學方法上、國小音樂教材、課程標準上不斷地研究改進。教育部於民國八十二年九月二十日發佈修正之「國民小學課程標準」,其中之音樂科課程標準顯示出音樂教育界對質之提昇的期許。為更確實掌握調整方向,極需長期追蹤其畢業之實習教師及畢業生之有效度研究。 本研究以質化研究法深入解析三實習教師蛻變至國小音樂教師之專業成長過程及成長因素。研究結果呈現:(一)要成為一個專業的小學音樂教師,竟無一可遵循的時間模式,而是與實習者個人的意念有直接關係。(二)實習者對自己教學感到單調乏味時,「想要有變化」的意念成為教學能否更多樣化的關鍵。實習者「想要教好」的意念才是決定一有效、成功音樂課的主要因素。(三)實習未必有助於良師的培育,重要的是實習的品質。(四)現今小學音樂教材,無論何家所出版,皆或多或少參考奧福或高大宜等音樂教學法所編寫而成,故在對教學法毫無所知的情況下,隱含教學法之運用的教學指引便無明確「引導」效用。 研究者建議當今國小音樂師資培育課程應注意:1、建立音樂教學資料館、增進音樂教學法方面課程的設立,以預備未來小學音樂教師的彈性教學思考。2、加強培養未來音樂教師的使命感。3、建立有效之實習、指導制度。 |
英文摘要 | Elementary music education in ROC has been modified dramatically within this decade, in the aspects of teaching methods, textbooks, and curriculum standards. The new standards of elementary music curriculum, advocated in 1993, require the elementary school students to be able to demonstrate a clear comprehension of rhythm, melody, and harmony, show creative music thinking, play the recorder, and appreciate different kinds of music. The truth indicates the effort the field of music education is striving for to enhance the quality of our music education. However, the lack of long-term empirical studies towards practicing teachers has made music teacher education programs fail to adjust themselves to the trend effectively, hence their graduates' preparation for the challenge is questionable. The goal of this study was to do cases analyses of the professional growth of new elementary music practicing teachers, as well as the important variables that affect their growth. The result are: 1. No traceable pattern was found in subjects' professional growth. It is evident that their educational enthusiasm has more influence on their teaching. 2. What makes an effective music lesson is the subjects' will of "wanting to change. 3. It is more about quality rather than quantity of school internship that affects teachers' cultivation. 4. The lack of knowledge of music teaching methods results in subjects' dissatisfaction with handbooks of new teaching materials. Implications are :1.To establish music teaching resource libraries in schools. 2.To enhance teaching enthusiasm in the preparation of future elementary music teachers. 3.To design an effective system for elementary school internship. |
