中文摘要 | 本研究以濕式氧化(Wet Oxidation,WO)處理含2,4-二氯酚水溶液(濃度為50~250 mg/L),探討在不同操作條件下,水溶液中2,4-DCP之破壞去除效能,及濕式氧化程序處理前、後之BOD/COD比值變化情形,以了解對生物分解性(Biodegradability)之影響。由實驗結果顯示,當反應壓力維持在3.0 Mpa和反應溫度在200℃時 ,濕式氧化反應進行至50分鐘,2,4-DCP(150mg/L)之總去高達99.9%以上;但是,處理液之BOD/COD比值,在反應初期(25分鐘內)雖有增加之趨勢,約由0.23增至0.28,由於此比值尚不及0.4,故推論以濕式氧化程序處理2,4-DCP,其處理液可能仍不易以活性污泥法進行後續BOD值之降解。 |
英文摘要 | The wet oxidation (WO) treatment process was applied to investigate the decomposition of the 2,4-dichlorphenol solution in concentrations of 50-250 mg/L and results reveal that it a promising process for the 2,4-DCP solution treatment. The optimum operating condition was found out to be at a reaction temperature of 200℃ and at a oxygen pressure of 3.0 Mpa. Also, the variation of BOD/COD ration of the effluent was compared and the results revealed that the BOD/COD ratio was only enhanced from 0.23 to 0.28throughout the wet oxidation of the 2,4-DCP solution. It may hardly to do the effluent a further treatment by using an activated sludge process due to the BOD/COD ratio of it is lower than 0.4. |
