中文摘要 | 以杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook)小徑木為原料,氣乾試材尺寸為 3cm×3cm×3cm,含水率約為15%,使用羽車式削片機(Wing beater mill)製造粒片,切削條件 分別為不同進料量(100g-1200g),不同刀片數(2, 4, 8及20片刀),不同刀具材質(SK5, SKS3, SKH9及K10)及不同迴轉數(600rpm-1150rpm),刀端角均為45°,探討其對粒片品質與耗電量 之影響,結果如下: 進料量在100g-1200g之間總淨耗電量及切削時間均隨進料量之增加而增長且隨迴轉數之 增加而減少,總淨耗電量及切削時間均隨刀片數之減少而增加,刀具材質除K10較省電之外, 其餘刀具材質對切削時間與耗電量無明顯之影響,刀片數2片時之粒片形質較差,8片與20 片刀切削之粒片形質無明顯差異,刀具材質對切削之粒片形質無明顯差異。 |
英文摘要 | This study used China-fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook) as raw materials to make particles by wing beater mill. The size of air dried specimen was 3cm×3cm×3cm. The cutting conditions were with feeding amount of each cutting between 100g-1200g, knife with 2, 4, 8 and 20 pieces, knife substance of SK5, SKS3, SKH9 and K10, and rotation speed between 600-1150rpm. The relationships among power consumption of wing beater mill, particle quality, and cutting conditions were investigated in this study. The results were summarized below: 1.The particle quality from 2 pieces of knife was worse than from other conditions. There was no significant difference between the cutting conditions of 8 and 20 pieces of knife. 2.There was no relationship between particle qualities and knife substance. 3.The cutting time and the net power consumption of wing beater mill were increased with increasing feeding amount of each cutting, significantly. 4.The cutting time and the net power consumption of wing beater mill were increased with decreasing pieces of knives, significantly. 5.There were no relationship among power consumption of wing beater mill, cutting time, and knife substance, except for knife of K10, which had the lowest level of power consumption. 6.The cutting time and the net power consumption of wing beater mill were increased with decreasing rotation speed. |
