中文摘要 | 熱完軋溫度的變化已經證實會影響熱軋板之晶粒組織與析出物的分 佈。高熱完軋溫度處理之鋼板具有較為粗大的析出物,存在於再結晶肥粒鐵晶界 上;而低熱完軋溫度處理之鋼板則具有細小之析出物,散佈於變形的肥粒鐵基地 內。雖然低熱完軋溫度所造成細小之晶粒內析出會阻礙後續於冷軋退火時再結晶 的產生,然而,此類鋼板經冷軋後具有較強之112<110>集合組織。此一組織有利 於高溫退火時111<112>與554<225>優良集合組織的發展,以提升鋼片的成形性。 當退火溫度高達800℃時,低熱完軋溫度之不利效應即可被消除。 |
英文摘要 | A variety of finishing temperature (FT) at hot rolling process has been demonstrated to affect the hot-rolled band structure and the distributed morphology of precipitates. Instead of the coarse precipitates existed at the recrystallised ferrite grain boundary for high FT treated condition, the steel with a lower FT results in the fine precipitates dispersed in the deformedferrite matrix. The later is found to retard the recrystallisation during tlie subsequent coldrolled and annealing process. However, the finely dispersed precipitates in the deformed ferrite matrix tend to enhance the formation of 112<110> cold-rolled texture. A stronger112<110> component is beneficial to transform into the preferred 111<112> and554<225> texture components, which are favored to improve the formability of steel sheet, during the course of high temperature annealing treatment. The inauspicious effect of low hot-rolled finishing temperature for the producing offormable cold-rolled steel sheet can thus be eliminated in case of annealing up to 800℃. |
