中文摘要 | 組織文化是近二十餘年來,組織行為研究的重要方向之一。組織文化概念,對於複雜的組織現象,能夠提供整合性的巨視觀點,因此,對於組織研究者與組織實務者,組織文化非常重要。組織文化的研究在國內體育界仍在萌芽的時期,本文的主要目的是將組織文化的概念作一整理與介紹,經由虛構個案的方式,希望能引發研究者對吾人身處之運動組織文化的思考。本文並回顧國外運動組織文化的研究,亦提出幾項從事運動組織文化研究的考量,希望對國內的運動組織文化研究具參考價值,進而有更多的研究者投入運動組織文化的研究。對照國外運動組織文化的研究,與國內目前的實際現況,很顯然地,組織文化是貼近與瞭解國內體育運動組織,一項值得切入的研究方向。 |
英文摘要 | Organizational culture is one of the important issues of organization behavior in the resent twenty years. The culture aspect is macro and integrative perspective to see the complex phenomenon in organization, so it is very important for both researchers and practitioners. The research of sport organizational culture is in it is beginning now in Taiwan. The purpose of this paper is to review the concept of organizational culture and introduce to readers. This paper, by fake cases, also wants to invoke the culture thinking for where we are in now in Taiwan. This paper also reviews the researches of organizational culture in western country, and suggests some considerations in the research of organizational culture in Taiwan. This paper will be helpful and valuable for the researches who interested and devoted in organization in culture. Contrasts between the organizational culture in western country and the situations here in Taiwan, It is obviously that organizational culture is good approach to understand the culture of sport organization in Taiwan. |
