中文摘要 | 網球選手高重複的上肩發球動作容易造成肩部的不穩定以及肩關節擠壓症候群等問題。過去有關肩關節受傷的相關文獻大都是針對肌肉的動態平衡方面來探討(例如肩內、外肩肌之肌力比),卻沒有研究是針對肩內、外轉肌之肌力衰退以及疲勞後肌力比的變化等問題做深入的了解。 選手網球肩關節肌力的衰退不僅可能影響到其運動表現,更可能造成肩關節的受傷,所以維持肩內、外轉肌的動態平衡以及肌力比是非常重要的課題。如果這種肌力平衡的現象無法維持,肩關節將很難維持在 穩定的位置。因此,肩內、外轉肌之肌力比常被運動教練以及運動科學之從業人員用來做為評估運動員之指標。所以,本研究的主履盾的在探討肩內、外轉肌肌力衰退後肌力比之變化情形,次要目的在比較優秀與休閒性女性網球選手肌力衰退後之差異情形。 研究結果顯示,肩內轉肌衰退的速度較肩外轉肌快,優秀組選手肩外轉肌力衰退的情形較休閒組快(p<0.05)。因此,優秀組選手有必要加強肩外轉肌肌耐力之訓練,以提高其運動表現以及預防肩部之運動傷害。 |
英文摘要 | High repetitive motion of tennis overhead serving may cause shoulder impingement syndrome and shoulder unstable problem easily. Most of previous studies in shoulder overuse injury were regarding to dynamic muscle balance such as alternation in shoulder external to internal strength ratio. However, there is no study regarding to investigation the shoulder muscle strength decay and there is no study in understanding the behavior of shoulder external to internal strength ratio change after shoulder muscle fatigue. Shoulder strength decay for tennis players may not only affect their sports performance but also may cause their shoulder injuries. Maintain the dynamic balance of shoulder external to internal strength ratio is very important. If this balance ratio is alternated, shoulder is difficult in a stable situation. Hence, the ratio of shoulder external to internal strength ration is an objective evaluation item for coach and exercise scientise. The purpose of this study was to investigate the behavior of shoulder external to internal strength ratio changes after muscle strength decay. The secondary purpose was to compare the differences of muscle strength decay between recreation and elite levels of tennis players. The results showed that shoulder internal rotators declined its strength faster and larger than that of external rotators. The external rotator strength generated by elite tennis players was decreased quicker than that of recreational players (p<0.05). Shoulder external rotator strengthening exercise should be emphasized in elite tennis players because this may enhance their sports performance and prevent shoulder injury. |
