中文摘要 | 停止訓練和臥床休息常發生在運動傷害或有疾病的人身上。停止訓練和臥床休息的結果導致身體活動降低,而發生骨骼肌適應的現象而影響其功能。因此了解停止訓練和臥床休息對生理面的影響不但在身體功能下降的預防上,運動運害上,以及肌肉不使用後的復健是非常重要的主題。然而過去有關停止訓練和臥床休息對生理功能的變化一直不同,為了讓人了解有關這方面的知識,本文因此將以文獻回顧的方式,從各種方法如使用石膏固定、持拐杖、癱瘓、太空飛行、及老化等在型態、肌力、神經肌、速度、敏捷性、柔軟度、及肌耐力等方面加以探討。 |
英文摘要 | Physical activity reduction due to detraining or the bed rest commonly occurred in people who got injuried or was sick. Reduction in physical activity may have influence on musculoskeletal use, which affects body physiological adaptation. Therefore, to understand the physiological response after detraining and bed rest is a very important topic in the prevention from functional decrease and rehabilitation after injury or muscle disuse. Meanwhile, the physiological responses are quite different in the prior studies. In order to educate people well in the area of detraining and the period of bed rest, many ways of detraining and bed rest, including casting, crutches, paralysis, space flight, and aging, etc. are discussed by reviewing related literature. Typically the response area of morphological, strength, neuromuscular, speed, agility, flexibility, and muscular endurance will be discussed in this study. |
