中文摘要 | 近年國內政府相關藝文單位及民間文史工作團體,均致力於民間傳統藝術及文化資產保護。本研究經由文獻分析、大陸地區實地訪問、大陸地區座談研討、臺灣地區研討會及專家審查等方法。將所得資料以分析大陸地區傳統工藝美術實施之現況,探討大陸地區傳統工藝美術傳承之作法與制度。並透過兩岸舉辦研討會藉以獲得學術交流的機會,並研議未來臺灣地區傳統工藝美術傳承之具體建議。本研究重要結論: 1.大陸地區傳統工藝相督法令規章完善,如「傳統工藝美術保護條例」。 2.大陸地區為獎勵工藝美術之活動傳承,設有「中國工藝美術百花獎」。 3.大陸地區對工藝美術師職稱評定分為:工藝美術大師、高級工藝美術師、工藝美術師、助理工藝美術師、工藝美術員等五種級職。 4.大陸地區對傳統工藝美術制定各級技師之等級評定,每四年一次,由各省市地方上報中央,通過各項的考驗,由國務院批准並正式授與稱號。 5.大陸地區傳統工藝傳承方式分為師徒相授、職工或職業技術教育、中等工藝美術學校教育及高等工藝美術校院教育等方式。 6.大陸地區傳統工業正面臨幾浦傳承瓶頸,但也開創傳承創新契機。 本研究研對政府行政單位、財社團法人、相關學校系所及民間工藝師等四方面,提出未來我國傳統工藝美術發展之具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study , through the analyses of the status and researches of the tradition craft art delivery in Mainland China, was to investigate how to develop concrete methods so that the craft art in Taiwan can be delivered and passed down effectively in the future. The methodology is based on interviews in China, and documents analysis, together with seminars joined by experts from Taiwan and from China. The main findings of the study were as follows: 1.The decrees of China tradition craft art is sound and complete. 2.The reward laws and system in China tradition craft art are set up to encourage these masters to deliver the craft art. 3.For the craft art teachers, they have five examined professional titles, "super craft art teacher" "craft art teacher" "assistant craft art teacher" "craft art person". 4.The qualification examination is held once four years. 5.The methods of China tradition craft art delivery are divided into master and apprentice education, and so on. 6.China tradition craft art delivery is facing some problems, but it also helps to start a new way of delivery. Besides, the research also provides some concrete suggestions about how to develop tradition craft art delivery in Taiwan in the future to our government, school, authorities, juridical persons and craft art teachers in society. |
