中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的是探討大專生工作需求的類型及影響因素,採問卷訪問方式蒐集了 353位景文技術學院二年級專科應屆畢業生為樣本,所得資料再以因素分析與單因子變異數 分析等統計方法進行實證。研究結果顯示,大專生工作需求可分盆生存需求、關係需求及成 長需求等三種類型,其中性別、學業成就、工作價值觀對生存需求、關係需求及成長需求均 有顯著影響,職業興趣對生存需求及成長需求有顯緛影響,社經地位對生存需求有顯著影響。 最後,提出一些在生涯輔導與人力資源管理上的建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to investigate the types and the influential factors of job needs for college graduates. A questionnaire was developed for 353 participants who graduated from the 2-year college of Jin-Wen Institute of Technology. Factor analysis and One Way ANOVA were utilized to analyze the data. The result indicated that there are three types of job needs for college students, which are existence needs, relatedness needs and growth needs. Among all the factors, the sex, academic achievement and work value have significant effects on the three types of job needs. The vocational interests has significant effect on existence needs and growth needs. The family social-economics status has significant effect on existence needs. Finally, some suggestions in career counseling and human resource management were proposed. |
