中文摘要 | 前人研究因負回饋導致承諾變化的非理性決策行為,忽略了決策者具有相同決策經 驗因素而有所衝突。本研究以證券市場設資人實際操作結果進行分析,發全然的成功經驗或 失敗經驗對現在的決策承諾並無影響,反倒是僅具一次成功驗與多次失敗經驗造成承諾下 降,這意味著Escalation不成立;而是成功驗的相對稀少性激發投資人記取失敗的的教訓, 形成De-escalation。 |
英文摘要 | Previous research works on behavior of decision makers taking irrational actions of altering commitment due to the negative return have neglected the impact of the elements of similar experiences the decision makers might have had before. This study analyzed the result of actual operation of stock market investors. It was found that perfect win experiences or failure experiences do not affect the commitment of the current decision making. On the contrary, with only one success and several failure experiences led to reduce commitment which rejected the commitment escalation: In other words, the relative rarity of successes arouses the investors to recall the bitter lesson of failures so that to form deescalation. |
