中文摘要 | 隨著全球市場日漸增加的競爭以及技術持續的進步與變化,企業唯有不斷運用創新來創造價值,才能追求組織卓越。但創新活動攸關人與人之間的互動關係,因此,不可避免地容易發生團隊內衝突。而團隊成員是否能夠藉由團隊內衝突來提升成員之間討論錯誤的意願、分享資訊的頻率,來增加團隊學習的效果,進而影響團隊創新的產生,是企業團隊需面對的議題之一。因此,本研究以團隊內衝突為自變項,團隊創新為因變項,並以團隊學習為中介變項,來探討變項間之關係。本研究樣本為文化創意產業的創意團隊,取得262份横斷面的有效樣本問卷資料。研究結果發現:1.關係衝突與程序衝突對團隊創新呈顯著之負向影響性;2.任務衝突對團隊創新具顯著之正向影響效果;3.團隊學習為團隊內衝突與團隊創新間之中介變項。 |
英文摘要 | Global market gradually competition and technology continues to change, the enterprise continuously makes innovation to create value in pursuit of organizational excellence. But innovation activities in respect of the mutual relationship, therefore inevitably conflict prone team. While team members are able to discuss errors, sharing information, increase team learning, then influence the team innovation is the problem that enterprise team needs to face. So, this research in order to change one by oneself with intra-group conflict, probe into the intra-group conflict through team learning intermediary, influence the relation of team innovation. This research sample target in research and development of the cultural intention industry, get the effective samples of 262 points of cross sections, examination and analysis result coming back through the level are found: 1.Relationship conflict and process conflict have negative effect on team innovation; 2.Task conflict has positive effect on team innovation; 3.Team learning has intervening effect on the relationship between intra-group conflict and team innovation. |
