中文摘要 | 平板型格子體結構與一般傳統夾心板結構相類似,不過略有不同者是,在心材中 還放置一些格子狀的加強肋骨(ribs),以增加結構的彎曲剛性及強度。由於這種平板型格子 體結構具有比剛性、比強度高,吸音、隔熱性質佳等優點,可以運用於船舶甲板、公車地板 、橋樑面板等運輸工具及土木結構。但由於平板型格子體結構包括了心材、肋骨及面材,力 學行為較為複雜,致使數值模擬分析較不易,且考慮結構設計最適化,故必須採取一種較有 效率且簡便的分析方法。本文擬採用有限元素法,以整體結構(overall structure)的觀點,將 平板型格子體結構簡化,使其能以板殼(shell)元素及樑(beam)元素有效率地解析其剛性。解 析結果並與實驗結果作比較,證實有不錯的準確性。 |
英文摘要 | Flat-typed grid structures are similar to traditional sandwich structures, but in order to increase the bending rigidity and strength, the grid-typed ribs are extra inserted into core materials. Because this kind of structures have higher specific stiffness, specific strength and better heat, noise insulation performance, hence, they can be used for ship decks, bus floor panels and bridge constructions. In this study, finite element method is adopted. Flat-typed gird structures behaviors are simplified so that the analysis can be done efficiently only by shell and beam elements. The numerical solutions are compared to experimental ones, and it is shown that the developed analytic methodology has high accuracy. |
