中文摘要 | 本研究採前瞻性、準實驗設計,為期二年。研究目的為:一.探討女性教師對「乳房自我檢查」的認知、態度及信念。二. 實地施行「乳房自我檢查」衛教活動,教導女性教師正確執行技術,並建立適當有效之衛教活動策略。三. 探討影響女性教師「乳房自我檢查」認知、態度及信念的因素。研究結果如下:(一)衛教活動對二組在知識得分上沒有顯著影響,對二組在態度和信念次量表:能力認知及記憶認知的得分有影響;衛教活動實施後,實驗組在能力認知及記憶認知的得分均顯著高於對照組。(二)乳房自我檢查知識、態度和信念、和個案的基本資料及乳房自我檢查和乳癌相關資料等15個變項間關係如下:知識和否知道如何做乳房自我檢查有正相關。和其他14個變項沒有顯著相關。態度和信念和年齡、月經狀況、婚姻狀況、是否知道如何做乳房自我檢查等四個變項有正相關,和教育程度則呈現負相關,至於其他10個變項則和態度和信念沒有顯著相關。另以15個變項為一組預測變項,分別以乳房自我檢查知識、態度和信念為依變項,進行逐步迴歸分析,結果顯示,這些預測變項可分別解釋的總變異量介於4.02%∼27.88%間,顯示尚有其他因素會影響知識、態度和信念。值得注意的是衛教活動對後測知識及後測態度和信念有預測力,但其可解釋變異量不高(2.86%,1.20%)。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this two-year study were to (a)investigate the knowledge of and attitude toward BSE among Chinese female teachers, (b)instruct in an accurate BSE method through demonstration, and establish ppropriate strategies of group health education, (c)investigate the factors affecting the knowledge and attitude of BSE. The results indicated that:(a)Regarding the effect of group education, there were significant differences between initial scores and second scores on BSE. The scores on the subscales of perceived competence and remembering of BSE attitude increased one year after education, scores on the scale of knowledge of BSE had not increased. (b)Using the eight demographic data and the seven BSE and breast cancer related data as a group of predicting variables, and knowlidge and attitude of BSE as dependent variables to proceed four stepwise multiple regressions, the results indicated that the predicting variables could account for only from 4.02% to 27.88% of the total variance. Group education could account for 2.86% and 1.20% of the total variances of posttest knowledge and posttest attitude. This meant that there were other factors' affecting knowledge and attitude of BSE. |
