中文摘要 | 本文以士林染料在含金染料進行超細纖維人工皮革之染色性研究,並以各種不同細度(0.15d、0.05d及0.00ld)之超細纖維不織布為基材,以探討起細纖維細度及染料種類變化對人工皮革產品之染色性與染色堅牢度之影響。實驗結果顯示含金染料染色產品之表面色深度與染色堅牢度隨著纖維細度之降低而下降,而士林染料染色產品則具有非常良好之洗濯堅牢度,至於上色性別隨著纖維細度之降低而明顯下降。 |
英文摘要 | To study the influence of microfiber fineness and various dyestuff on dyeing properties of artificial leather, we use various finess microfiber artificial leather and dye by premetallized dye and vat dye. According to the results, the finer of microfiber, the lower of surface color strength and dyeing fastness of the artificial leather dyed with premetallized dye. The artificial leather dyed with Vat dye have excellent washing fastness, but the surface color strength were decreased dramatically when the fiber finess were decreased. |
